We handle your data with care and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When does this statement apply?
This statement covers data we process ourselves: from visitors to our website, from people who contact us, and from (contacts at) customers and users of the portal.
Content that customers upload to TB-cast, and any personal data it contains, is processed on behalf of the customer. The customer is responsible for that processing, and our data processing agreement applies.
What data do we process and why?

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and never sell it to third parties.
How long do we keep data?
- Contact messages: up to 12 months after the question is resolved.
- Account data and content: for as long as your account is active. After cancellation or suspension, we keep the data for another 90 days so you can reactivate or download your content. After that it is permanently deleted. We warn you in advance.
- Invoices and records: 7 years, due to Dutch tax retention rules.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
- Backups: overwritten within 35 days.
Who do we share data with?
We use carefully selected processors with whom we have signed data processing agreements:
- Hosting and storage: data centres within the European Union.
- Payments: Stripe and Mollie, to process payments and direct debits.
- Email: an email provider to send service emails such as confirmations and invoices.
- Website statistics: a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics service that stores no personal data.
We only share data with other parties when required by law.
Where is your data stored?
Your data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). If a processor handles data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, strict separation between customer environments, two-factor authentication, restricted staff access and regular backups.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing, restrict processing and have your data transferred (data portability). Send your request to info@tb-cast.nl. We respond within one month.
Complaints
Not happy with how we handle your data? Let us know and we'll work on a solution together. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
