Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, credit card and Bancontact. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners Stripe and Mollie.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. A monthly subscription can be cancelled at the end of the current month. A yearly subscription runs until the end of the year and is never renewed without advance notice.
How do volume discounts work?
Once you reach a threshold, the discount applies to every screen in your subscription — not just the screens above the threshold.
What about VAT for businesses outside the Netherlands?
Are you a business in another EU country with a valid VAT number? Then we invoice without VAT and the VAT is reverse-charged. Outside the EU, no Dutch VAT is charged.
Can I add or remove screens mid-term?
Yes, at any time. The difference is charged pro rata for the remaining period.
