Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to become a dealer?
Nothing. You only pay for the licences of your active customers, at your dealer price.
Who invoices my customers?
You do. TB-cast does not send invoices to your customers; you receive one monthly invoice for all their licences.
Can my customer manage content themselves?
Yes. Your customer gets their own account and can create presentations, playlists and schedules. You can look along and help.
What happens when a customer stops?
You pause the customer in the dealer portal. The screens stop showing content and the licences are no longer invoiced from that moment. The content is kept.
Which hardware can I use?
TB-cast runs on Raspberry Pi, Windows, macOS, Android sticks and any modern browser. See the hardware page for recommendations.
